Paul & Joe is thinking outside the box (har har) with their holiday collection. From the website: "The Ornamental Collection is a fun and festive collection which mingles the elegance of a traditional Christmas with the playful spirit of holiday whimsy. This season adorn yourself with Paul & Joe Beauté and celebrate the holidays with this delightful assortment of Christmas-inspired treats. Ornamental holiday 2011 – deck yourself with Paul & Joe."
The stand-outs from the collection are the eye shadows, packaged in paper trapezoids that can double as tree ornaments (or you could even put them on a table or shelf).

Midnight Clear and Silent Night:
The collection also contains nail polish sets:
And a powder compact called All I Want for Christmas. It's reminding me a little of a striped Christmas tree ornament.

While I do think the ornament eye shadows are cute, the designs on the boxes aren't really knocking my socks off. It's basically Paul & Joe's signature chrysanthemum with a few stars and dots thrown in. Not their best work, but the spring collection promises to be pretty cool. I'm stalking beautyhabit.com and b-glowing.com for its debut, and I already have a blog post title all ready to go (if any of my fellow beauty bloggers take it I will be very upset!)
